|5:30 AM Pre-workout snack: 1 Udi's Gluten-Free Blueberry|
Muffin My new favorite GF product! Wish it didn't have eggs,
but that's the trouble I run into a lot with trying to
find gluten-free and vegan foods.
Workout: 1 hour of yoga with 2 episodes of Namaste Yoga.
Then once Avery woke up she wanted to do her favorite thing...go swinging outside! She calls it "la la" because when she swings she likes to sing, "La la, la la..." So "La la-ing" we went.

|8:30 AM Breakfast: Chocolate Ice Cream Smoothie |
Raw cacao powder, hemp seeds, chia seeds, spinach,
rice milk, frozen strawberries, and frozen bananas.

|9:30 AM: Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Larabar|
|10:30 2nd Morning Snack: Sausage McMuffin|
(aka Food for Life Gluten-Free English Muffin,
with a Sol Veggie Breakfast Patty and some maple agave nectar.)
|12:00 PM Lunch: "Tofu Mushroom Stroganoff" with mushrooms,|
tofu, and vegan sour cream over Tinkyada
rice noodles. A huge hit at our house!

Then we had a visitor...Grandma Karen, or "Na Na" to Avery, (my mom and fellow teacher who is also on summer break!). They played peek-a-poo and read lots of books. We love Na Na Time!

Then after a long day at home, we were ready to head to the pool!

|6:45 PM Post-pool snack: Bowl of Veggie Straws!|
|7:30 PM Dinner: Burritos with black beans, homemade cilantro |
lime rice, grilled peppers and onions on corn tortillas. Don't
forget that homemade guacamole too (the best part!).

To make them sugar-free, I used xylitol.
