Here's what you'll need:
- 1/2 cup lemonade (we like Simply Lemonade)
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1-2 cups of spinach
- 1 Tbs. chia seeds (optional for more nutritional punch)
- 1 frozen banana
- 4 frozen strawberries
