I have been motivated and inspired to start my own blog for at least six months, but due to the busyness of life and work it never happened. However, since I have a long Easter weekend and a new sewing machine thanks to my mom, I am determined to start this blog and make it into something interesting. Right now my favorite thing to do is buy clothes from the thrift shop and refashion them into something new. I feel so green and frugal. Whenever I start my next sewing project, I plan to make picture tutorials, but for now I leave you with this: a Dooney and Bourke vintage purse I found at Salvation Army. Price? Eight dollars.
