Recent Staples Acquisition

I stopped by a Staples yesterday and found that they had these Staples Strata .5 retractable gel pens and Strata .5 liquid ink rollers. Both of these are needle point, and they had them for Buy One Get One, so they were $7.99 for both. I'm excited to review them and see if there is a new house-brand favorite; my current is favorite is Office Max's Tul .5 retractable needle point gel, so I am excited to see how they compare.

You can also see some Sarasas in there, but I will get to that in a second.

Alright, so Staples has these multicolored packs of Zebra Sarasas in a .7, and they are only $4/pack, plus you get a free pack attached to the back. 10 Zebra Sarasas for $4? Sign me up!

They also have the black Sarasas at $4, with a free pack. 20 black Sarasas for $8!

And lastly, I have never tried the Pilot EasyTouch Pro (otherwise known as the Acroball) in the blue or red, so I thought I would give them a shot. These will also be good to bring to work - better than the standard issue Bic Atlantis, at least.

I also acquired a pack of the Staples Mini Gel Pens (.8). I primarily got these because my girlfriend uses the tiny gel refills in her Zebra Expandz pen, but they are very expensive for what you get, so I thought she could try these and see if she likes them.

So, stay tuned for more reviews. I have already tried playing with a few of these, but I don't want to spoil it until the actual review. Check back soon!
